yoga INSTRUCTOR

Pronouns: they/them

Teaching Style: vinyasa flow focused on accessibility, playfulness, and care

Favorite Pose: supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle pose)

Bio: I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and am in awe of the positive effect it has had on my physical and mental health. For me, yoga is as much about community and connection as it is about personal growth and mindfulness - coming together to move and breathe with intention is a powerful experience that keeps me coming back to the mat.

In my teaching, I work to embody compassion and authenticity in order to create a welcoming and safe space for students to show up fully and receive what they need from their practice.

When I’m not at the studio you can find me playing music, reading, educating about worker co-ops, and saying weird things to my dog.
